She was predeceased by: her parents, Alex Zak and Elizabeth J. Zak (Potock). She is survived by: her sister Janice Marie Price (Gary) of Sanford, Florida; her nephews, Jeff (Donna) and Jon; her niece Julie; and her great-nephews, Jason and Zach.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home (3219 Main St, Weirton, WV 26062). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
