He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Edward Mullenax and Reatis Fay Fansler Mullenax; and his brother Denzil Allen Mullenax. He is survived by: his son Kevin Dale Mullenax (Sharon) of Morgantown; his sister Linda Hedrick (Junie Harper) of Elkins; his grandchildren, Ashley Brown (Kyle), Cassandra Mullenax, Olivia Mullenax, Amy Deasy, Troy Linn (Brandii) and Casey Linn; and his great grandchildren, Avaya Brown, Xavier Brown, Abel Bolyard, Abyona Mullenax, Tyrus Mullenax, Kaden Linn and Zayne Linn. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Lohr & Barb Funeral Home (312 Main St, Parsons, WV 26287). A burial was held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Bethel Cemetery.
