He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Santy and Ruth Chiera Santy; and his sister Kay Carter. He is survived by: his wife Beverly J. Plummer Santy; his daughters, Jennifer Goodwin (Rich) of Masontown, WV and Kelley Santy of Fairmont; and his brother Russell Santy (Kelly) of Fairmont.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM and on Friday, September 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Ford Funeral Home, Ford Chapel (201 Columbia St, Fairmont, WV 26554). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
