Though Randy may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Randy touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his father Alfred E. Miller. He is survived by: his mother Ruth M. Miller of Berkeley Springs; his wife Margaret "Maggie" Morgan Miller; his siblings, Brenda Feltner (David), Lisa Hess (Robert) and Darrell Miller of Berkeley Springs; and his close friends, Brisco and Livingston. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Ross Funeral Home (801 Fairmont Ave, Fairmont, WV 26554). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the Marion County No Kill Animal Shelter, 2731 Locust Avenue, Fairmont, WV 26554, or to a charity of their choice.
