He is survived by: his sons, Raphael David Jr., Jay David (Daneal), Robert David and Michael O'Brien (Haleigh); his grandchildren, Natalie Dixon, Nona, Sadie David, Conner, Lucas, Maddy and Morgan O'Brien; and his sisters, Jennifer Dixon (Jerry) and Sandra David. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Fred Jenkins Funeral Home (10 S High St, Morgantown, WV 26501). A burial will be held on Monday, November 9th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Beverly Hills Memorial Gardens (1290 Fairmont Rd, Morgantown, WV 26501).
