He is survived by: his mother Anna Marie McKinney Parrack; his wife Carrie Elizabeth Hawkins Parrack; his children, Jean Marie (Sabastian), Raymond Allen (Marlena) and Miley Mae; his grandchildren, Ethan James, Abraham Castiel and Harriett Elizabeth; and his sister Anita Sue.
Visitation was held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home (10 S High St, Morgantown, WV 26501). A funeral service was held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Fred Jenkins Chapel (10 S High St, Morgantown, WV 26501).
