He is survived by: his wife Edith Parrish; his children, Joshua Parrish and April Parrish; his stepchildren, Rebecca Heflin, Justin Ross Gilmore and Devin Williams; his siblings, William Parrish of Morgantown, Linda Parrish of Mannington, Debra Pierson of Mannington, Shirley Carpenter of Mannington and Charlotte Henderson of Virginia; his grandchildren, Caden, Sophie, Christopher, Layton Parrish, Nevaeh Collins, Patrick Heflin II, Surab Heflin and Jayvion Gilmore; and his former wife Cheryl Fluharty Parrish. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
