He was predeceased by: his parents, Maynard W Hall and Geneva Eleanor Moore Hall; and his son Jeff Hall. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Jo Saville Hall; and his children, Steven Hall, Michael Hall, Melissa Hoops (J. R.) and Roger Lee Hall II (Kristen Webb). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
