He is survived by: his wife Debra; his children, Rhonda Cornelius (Steven) of Atlanta, GA, Walter Downs of Charleston, SC, Donna Eelman (Joe) of Charleston, SC, Paul Ezell (Charlynn) of Anderson, SC and Sherry Bazar of Honey Path, SC; his grandchildren, Richard, Jonathan, Zachary, Tabitha, Kimberly, Walter Lee, Todd, Shawn, Scott, Sabrina, Billy, Melissa, Brandy and Joey; and his brother Larry Downs (Tanzy) of Farmington, WV.. He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
