She was predeceased by: her parents, Arlie E. Toothman and Synthia Efaw Toothman; and her siblings, Virgie Efaw, Violet Harker (John), Lester "Buck" (Ginny), Joe (Ethel) and Lawrence.
She is survived by: her friend Zoa Ruth Johnson; and her sister-in-law Ann Toothman of Fairmont. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
