She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband James Blackwood; her son William Douglas Blackwood; her parents, W. Q. Watters and Kathryn S. Watters; her son Kenton Q. Blackwood (Diana) of Bridgeport, WV; her granddaughter Kate; her great grandchild Kathryn'Kitty'Blackwood of Fairmont, WV.; and her siblings, Kester Watters (Siu Mei) of Berkely, CA, William Watters and Patricia Jennings. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews and a large family of close in-laws.
