She is survived by: her husband John Paul Mozuke; her children, Tammy Elaine Cinalli (Mark) of Mineral Wells, Lisa Diane Hornberger (Chuck) of Fairmont and John Michael Mozuke of Hutchinson; and her grandchildren, Andrew James Cinalli of Mineral Wells, Phillip John Cinalli of Mineral Wells and Ciara Shae Hornberger of Fairmont.
