He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thomas Fleming Wilshire Sr. and Leonore "Babe" Given Wilshire; his wife Carolyn Jean Majic Wilshire; his son Dr. Thomas Wilshire III; his daughter-in-law Nicole of Fairmont; his daughters, Jeanne Howell of Morgantown and Rosemary Wilshire-Raschella (Nick Raschella); his sister Leonore Prunty of Michigan; his grandchildren, Sydney Majic Wilshire, Dane Wilshire, Julian Wilshire, Camille Morgan, Carolyn Morgan and Holly Howell; his great grandchild Owen Brinegar; his friend Gloria Haney of Fairmont; his sons-in-law, Matt Howell and Donnie Morgan; and his brother-in-law Rodger Prunty.
