Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Thomas Lewis leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his wife Naomi Jean Cook; his son Thomas Lewis Cook Jr.; his sister Dolores Smith; and his parents, William Lewis Cook and Ida May Cook.
He is survived by: his daughter Tonja Jean Brown; his grandsons, Catlin Wesley Garrett and Treston Hunter Brown; and his nieces, Patty Hermosilla and Susie Moran (Dale). He is also survived by 13 great nieces and nephews, 14 great great nieces and nephews and many other extended family.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Domico Funeral Home (414 Gaston Ave, Fairmont, WV 26554).
