With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Earl Parrack of Fairmont, West Virginia, born in Morgantown, West Virginia, who passed away on August 30, 2023 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his father Rollin Earl Parrack, Jr.; his wife Barbara Elaine Parrack; his great-niece Cheyanne; and his brother-in-law John Shaffer, Sr.. He is survived by : his mother Anna Marie Parrack; his siblings, Anita Sue Shaffer and Raymond Allen Parrack (Carrie); and his nieces and nephews, John Shaffer, Kristina Feeley-Mack (Justin), Anthony Shaffer, Tiffany Nicholson, Ashley Zeigler, Jean Parrack, Allen Parrack (Marlena) and Miley Parrack. He is also survived by eleven great nieces and nephews.
