She was predeceased by: her parents, Bob Santee and Gerry Santee; and her brother Harvey Santee. She is survived by: her husband Leo T. McIntosh; her children, Tom McIntosh (Carrie McIntosh) and Debbie Clevenger (Aaron Clevenger); her grandchildren, Mckenzie McIntosh, Jacob Clevenger (Ashley Clevenger) and Cody Clevenger (Meya Kotsko); her siblings, Glenn Santee (Susan) and Diane Eddy (Mike); and her caregiver Betty Lou Morris. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
