It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth JoAnn Moore (Fairview, West Virginia), who passed away on March 17, 2026, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid adieu to Elizabeth's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Elizabeth has bequeathed us. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bazil Morris and Grace Eddy Morris; her husband Royal "Measle" Moore; and her siblings, Wayne Morris and Belindine McCoy.
She is survived by: her sons, James Moore of Ripley and David Moore (Fonda) of Ripley; her grandchildren, Chelsea Miller (James) and Logan Moore; and her great grandchildren, Caroline Miller and Sawyer Miller.
