Raines of Farmington and Sherry Lynn Eddy Forquer (Ricky); his daughter Kenzleigh Lynn Raines; his stepdaughter Taylynn Elise Hunt; his brothers, Josh Raines (Shawna Eddy) and Jonathen David Raines; his stepbrothers, Ricky A. Forquer (Ashley) of Daybrook and Zachery Nicholas Forquer of Daybrook; his grandparents, Russ, Delores Kennedy, Richard, Linda Eddy and Doris Forquer; his aunts and uncles, Tammy VanGilder (Mike), Rachel Eddy (Emily), Elizabeth Eddy (Gary), Thelma Raines, Frank Raines (Kim), John "Matt" Raines, Doug Loar, James Eddy (Michelle), Donald Forquer (Kathy) and John Forquer; and his nieces, Adalyn and Aleena Forquer. He is also survived by several cousins, extended family, and many friends.
