He is survived by: his mother-in-law Mary Worley; his sisters, Linda Lewis of Terra Alta, WV and Dianne Fadal of Waco, TX; his siblings-in-law, Phyllip (Sherry "Cookie" Worley), Cheryl (Kimmie Hall), Brian (Denise Worley), Sherry (Chuck Daniels), Patty McIntyre and Beth McIntyre; his nibling Thomas Cobb; and his pet Ben.
