It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phyllis Jean Cole of Fairview, West Virginia, who passed away on September 17, 2023, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Lawrence Bertie Toothman and Emma Riffle Toothman; her husband Albert Ray "Ab" Cole; her son Merle "Pete" Cole; her great great grandchild John Cooper Newell; and her siblings, Clovis, Burl, Rex, Lynn Toothman, Mary Cook of Virginia and Ruth Kuhn.

She is survived by : her daughter-in-law Pamela Cole of Fairview; her grandchildren, Christy Swick (Shane) of Fairmont and Peter Ray Cole (Amantha) of Fairview; her great grandchildren, Joslyn Swick Newell (Seth) of Mannington, Gabriel Swick of Fairmont and Kelly Lynn Cole; and her great great grandchildren, Samson James and Ezra Remus Newell. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
