The passing of Cathy Winebrenner of Falling Waters, West Virginia leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on June 19, 2025 at the age of 62. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles "Buddy" Deal and Margaret Deal (Joyner). She is survived by: her husband Dale Winebrenner; her children, Jamie Winebrenner (Mary) and Stephanie Mercer (Howie); her grandchildren, Brooklyn, Elijah, Olivia, Noah and Mason; and her siblings, Phillys Osbourne, Ron Deal and Patricia Crossland. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Durst Funeral Home (57 Frost Ave, Frostburg, MD 21532). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to a charity of your choice in Cathy's name, continuing her legacy of compassion and support for others.
