He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Thomas Lark and Mary Catherine Lark (Sager); his son Robert Dean Lark; and his siblings, Bill Lark, Tom Lark and Mary Sherlie.
He is survived by: his granddaughter Kylie A. Murphy; and his sister Ellen Weller (Blair). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 1:00 PM. Visitation was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Osborne Funeral Home (425 S Conococheague St, Williamsport, MD 21795). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Cedar Lawn Memorial Park (17636 W Washington St, Hagerstown, MD 21740).
