Jacquelyn Mae DeHaven Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jacquelyn Mae DeHaven of Falling Waters, West Virginia, who passed away on July 29, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Matthew Rothenbach and Charlotte C. Rothenbach (Zoll); and her husband William B. DeHaven. She is survived by: her children, Michael DeHaven (Viola), Douglas DeHaven (Sharon), William DeHaven (Renate) and Shelley Green (Jeff); her sister Shirley Levengood; her grandchildren, Heather DeHaven, Niki Lacy (Blake) and Andrew DeHaven (Erica); and her great grandchildren, Katelyn Messner (Dakota) and Kellan Blickenstaff.
