He was predeceased by : his father James Lewis Jr.; and his brother Glen Lewis. He is survived by : his significant other Billy Alley; his daughter Karley Lewis; his grandchild Nasir Rivera; his sister Carla Lewis Robinson (Quinton); and his nephews, Rashad Moore and Xavier Robinson. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 28th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd. (925 Allison Ave, Washington, PA 15301). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
