He is survived by: his wife Neva Gail Bartles Haines; his children, Bevitt Todd Haines and Michaela Lynn Bishop; his grandchildren, William Edgar Bishop, Logan Matthew Bishop and McKenzie Brooke Chaney; and his sister Kyleen Bartles.
