He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph High, Sr. and Lillian O'Neal High. He is survived by: his wife Helen Jenkins High; and his children, Mark High (Kimberly), Sharron Smeltzer and Kathy Hess. He is also survived by five grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; and four great great grandchildren.
