She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Theodore and Cora S. Ripple (Knipple); her husband Kenneth D. Alger; her children, Terry Alger and Kenda Barrs; and her grandson Blake Edwards.
She is survived by: her children, Pamela Giles and Douglas Alger; her sister Shirley Gugliemini; her grandchildren, Megan, Kelsi, Matthew, Tommy and Eddie; and her great grandchildren, Brooks, Bennett, Banks and McKenzie.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Osborne Funeral Home (425 S Conococheague St, Williamsport, MD 21795). A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
