He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles L. Bowers and Laura C. Greenfield Bowers; his wife Alice Mary Bowers; and his son Mark Brian Bowers. He is survived by: his children, Brenda Kim Burk, Donald Lee Bowers and Bryan Lee Bowers; and his brother Kenneth Bowers.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Brown Funeral Home (327 W King St, Martinsburg, WV 25401). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
