We are sad to announce that on July 17, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Phillip Douglas of Falling Waters, West Virginia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Cecil and Laura Jeanette Douglas (Hamil); and his brother Art Douglas. He is survived by: his wife Karen (Kramer); his daughter Stephanie Warrenfeltz of Hagerstown, MD; his granddaughter Addison Warrenfeltz; his pets, Sunny and Gunny; and his sisters, Elsie Osborne of Bristol, VA and Jennie Siler (Ray) of Little Creek. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Harry H. Witzke's Family Funeral Home (4112 Old Columbia Pike, Ellicott City, MD 21043). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at the Crestlawn Memorial Gardens.
