She is survived by: her mother Opal Marie Hawvermale McCusker of Berkeley Springs, WV; her children, Joshua Carter of Wendell, NC and Janessa Watkins of Falling Waters, WV; her siblings, Vickie Maslauskas of Berkeley Springs, WV and Gary McCusker, Jr. of Berkeley Springs, WV; and her grandchildren, Cameron Watkins, Harper Watkins and Joslyn Carter. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
