She is survived by: her husband Tod Clark; her children, Shirley Koch (John) of Kearneysville, WV, Jennifer Holder (Chris) of Martinsburg, WV and Joseph "Joe" Bowers (Daisy) of Martinsburg, WV; her grandchildren, Shawn, Robert, Melvin IV, Hope, Ashley, Erica, Ethan, Brendan, Andrew, Brian, Macy, Mackenzie, Madilyn, Parker and Cooper; her great grandchildren, Jackson, Colson, Carson, Bella, Landon and Jackson D.; and her brothers, Robert Shackelford and Rodger Shackelford.
Visitation was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home (256 Halltown Rd, Harpers Ferry, WV 25425). A funeral service was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
