It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Russell Austin Wilson of Falling Waters, West Virginia, born in Landisville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 6, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Emory Wilson and Amanda Wilson (Wismer); his wife Dorothy Wilson; and his siblings, Donald Lane Wilson, Emory Albert Wilson, Jr., Gerald Thomas Wilson, Henry Wisner Wilson and Doris Jane Hamilton.
He is survived by : his children, Kristie Walters of Hagerstown, MD, Vicki Cassidy of Strawberry Plains, TN, Jeff Wilson of Falling Waters, WV and Scott Wilson of Boyds, MD; his sisters-in-law, Brenda Wilson, Barbara Ashby (Donnis) and Cindy Stevens; and his grandchildren, Alexandria Simpson, Davin Simpson, Alicia Cassidy, John Cassidy, IV, Ashley Martin and Jeffrey Wilson, Jr.. He is also survived by Great-Grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
