He was predeceased by: his parents, Stuart Butler and Pauline Thompson Edwards. He is survived by: his wife Sheila Hess Butler; his children, Matt Butler and Katie Butler; his siblings, Stuart Butler, Jr. (Lois) and Diana Manor; and his pet Cooper. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to CenterPoint Bible Church or to the Cancer Research Institute, in honor of Steve's life and legacy.
