Martin (Josh); his grandchildren, Ryan and Colton of Huber Heights, OH; his son Teddy D. Newman (Rachel); and his grandchildren, Declan, Ronan and Cavan.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Osborne Funeral Home (425 S Conococheague St, Williamsport, MD 21795). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Rocky Gap Veterans Cemetery (14205 Pleasant Valley Rd NE, Flintstone, MD 21530).
