He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Brummage and Madeline Summers Brummage; his wife Zelma Brummage; and his sisters, Diana Arnold and Judy Wrubleski.
He is survived by: his daughter Kimberly Brummage of Fairmont; and his grandson Justin Brummage of Las Vegas.
