He is survived by : his wife Janice Mullenax Whinnie; his son Danny Whinnie (Sherri); his grandchildren, McKenzy and Levi Whinnie; his stepson Christopher Ribel; his nephews, David Mainella and Frank Wine, Jr.; and his niece Tina Lewis. He is also survived by 3 step grandchildren.
