She was predeceased by : her father Lionel McDougal; her husband James Fletcher Sr.; her sisters, Millie Stalnaker, Shirley Miller and Margie Earl; and her daughter Betty Jo Barber (Harley Conners).

She is survived by : her sons, Timothy A. Fletcher, James "Bob" R. Fletcher Jr. and John D. Fletcher; her grandchildren, Crystal, Larry, Wayne, Thomas, Mel, Mauria, Brian, Jamie, Tina, Jimmy, Frank, Amber, Jeremy, Becky and Denny; her great grandchildren, Brittany, Brent, Josh, Vicky, Stetson, Dominick, Harley, Abigail, Eli, Jensen, Becca, Alison, Jacob, Genevieve, Evelyn, Mackenzie and Kayden; her great great grandchild Weston; her brothers, James L. McDougal and Richard Dale McDougal (Donna); her sister-in-law Charlotte Coogle; her friend Virginia Bice; her grandson Dominick; her daughter-in-law Barb; and her great grandchild Kayli (Max).
