He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Sue Cutlip Bland; his children, Robert Lee Bland, Jr. (Gennifer) of Arizona and Mary Ann Carnes (Richard Lee) of Maryland; his grandchildren, Cole Hayes (Rachel), Reyanna McNabb (Rylan) and Angel Dawn Bland; his great grandchildren, Elsie and Selina Hayes; his sister Sarah Jane Huff (Jack); and his sisters-in-law, Belinda and Debra Bland. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Farmington Ioof Cemetery.
