He is survived by: his wife Terri Anderson McMillion; his sons, Cecil McMillion, Jr. and Jonathan Clendenin (Lottie); his grandchildren, Raider Clendenin, Julius Clendenin, Izara Clendenin, Liana Myers and Jana Myers; and his sisters, Drema Green, Janice Neal and Hilda McMillion.
