She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul McGinnis and Edna McGinnis; her son Mark Adkins; her aunt Donna "Mawmaw Sue" McCallister; her brother-in-law Larry Adkins "Old Man"; her parents-in-law, Houston and Opal Adkins; her sister Betty McGinnis "Nissy" (Emilee McCallister); and her siblings-in-law, Pat Adkins and Roman Suttle.
She is survived by: her husband Lester Adkins; her daughter Evelyn Adkins; her grandchildren, Grayson Adkins, Charlotte Kelly and Brianna Kelly; her cousins, Carolyn Bakosky "Shug", Larry Lee, Stephanie McCallister, Kathy Greer, Jason and Teresa McCallister; her aunt Opal McCallister; and her sisters, Barbra Fleming and Karen Suttle.
