He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Lewis and Janice Lewis; his brother Clarence "Gene" Lewis; and his daughter Leah Ann Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Carol Lewis of Fayetteville; his daughter Lori McKinney of Point Marion, PA; his granddaughter Ashton McKinney of Bowling Green, KY; his sisters, Patricia Beaver (Larry) of Greenfield and Melanie Lewis of Fayetteville; and his siblings' children, Kris Lescinsky (Chris), Missy Moore (Ryan) and RJ Beaver (Candy). He is also survived by many close friends who were his chosen family.
A funeral service was held on Friday, November 28th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Blue Ridge Funeral Home (5251 Robert C Byrd Dr, Beckley, WV 25801).
