She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew W. McClung and Elizabeth "Lizzie" McClung (Crookshanks); her husband Roy B Kessler; and her nieces, Sue Fannin (Jerry) and Judy McClung.
She is survived by: her son Mike (Diana) of Crosslanes; her granddaughters, Michelle Kessler Buehler (George) and Hollie Kessler Beckwith (Thomas); her great grandchild Dallon Rae Beckwith; her stepgrandsons, Jeremy, Ben and Jeffrey Beakes; her sisters-in-law, Carolyn McClung and Janet Rozell; her sibling's children, Floyd Jr., James McClung, Jim Baker, Eva McClung, Tina McClung Sheerin and Pam Heerans; and her close friends, Jim, Janet Rozell, Ruth Dufour, Fred, Betty Graham, Brenda Wagner, Bob and Mary Eva Wade.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Smathers Funeral Chapel Inc. (675 Main St, Rainelle, WV 25962). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
