He was predeceased by: his parents, James Marion Bobo and Grace Lee Kuykendall Bobo; his wife Elva Mae Crites Bobo; his son Gary Bobo; his grandson Ricky Bobo, Jr.; his son-in-law Scott Ruddle; and his siblings, James Omer Bobo, Ruth Mongold, Elva Lee Weese, Orpha Susan Moyers and Mamie Ratcliff.
He is survived by: his children, Debbie Ruddle, Doug Bobo (Kathy) of Fisher, WV, Rick Bobo (Denise) of Fisher, WV, Pete Bobo (Tina) of Fisher, WV and Mike Bobo of Fisher, WV; his close friend Buddy; and his pet Coconut. He is also survived by twenty grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
