Hose (Paugh); his daughter Kaitlyn Hose; his siblings, Debra Hoover of Moorefield, WV and Christopher Michael Hose of Moorefield, WV; and his parents-in-law, John and Eva Paugh of Fisher, WV.. He is also survived by five nieces.
