She was predeceased by: her parents, Hartsell McCauley and Bertha A. McCauley; her husband Willard Costilow; her siblings, Dessel McCauley, Correna Curtis and Emogene Shaffer; and her half-siblings, Ray McCauley, George Shaffer and Caroline Lane.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph W. Costilow, Crystal R. Brake (William), Robert L. Costilow (Gatha) and David E. Costilow (Karrie); her grandchildren, Nicole L. Costilow (Gregory Kennedy), Timothy R. Brake (Summer), Bethany M. Lach (Jeremy) and Jesse L. Brake; her great grandchildren, Maggie B. Brake, Sofia G. Brake, Morgan P. Costilow, Jade I. Hall, Jaxson E. Hall, Casey D. Kennedy, Parker A. Kennedy, Stephanie C. Kennedy, Brent A. Lach and Mallory J. Lach; her sisters, Roberta Gallo and Evelena Payne; and her sister-in-law Shirley McCauley. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
