She was predeceased by: her parents, Stonewall Hensley and Fannie Hensley; her husband William Robert Gavin; and her siblings, Braskie McDonald, Sylvia Smith, Edward Hensley, Elmer Hensley, Louise Workman, Lester Paul Hensley and Gilbert Hensley.
She is survived by: her children, Rebecca K. Logan (Phillip) of Moyock, NC and Teddy Wayne Workman (Joanne) of Flemington; her grandchildren, Ashley, Jonathan, Tyler, Cody, Alaina, Lacy, Landon, Colby, Merdith, Davis and Mallory; her great grandchildren, Teddy, William and Colton; and her siblings, Gloria Parks of Brunswick, OH, Lowell Hensley (Joanne) of Elyria, OH and Ralma Sue Maynard (William) of Medina, OH.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
