In loving memory of Frances Emma Sinsel of Flemington, West Virginia, who departed this world on March 30, 2025 at the age of 93. Frances leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Frank and Emma Shaw (Pratt); her husband Tonis Stout; her children, James Edward Sinsel and Janice Pryor; her brothers, Robert Shaw and Andrew Shaw; and her nephew Andy Shaw.
She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia Saltis and Sandra Sinsel; her grandchildren, Cindy Hill (John), Randy Pryor (Kari), Jenna Brackett, Jeff Saltis (Kellie) and Scott Sinsel (Marcela); her niece Denise Shaw; and her close friend Jeffie. She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren and 14 great-great-grandchildren.
