He is survived by: his son Michael Robert Abell of Bruceton Mills; his grandchildren, Ashley Kirk (Gage), Tania Knick, Christopher Abell, Kenzie Abell, Addy Abell and Abby Abell; his great grandchildren, Braxtyn Abell, Zayden Abell, Scarlett Kirk and Olivia Kirk; his sister-in-law Sharon Abell; and his nephews, Mark Stout and Jason Abell.
