He is survived by: his wife Donnice Knotts McKinney; his son Thomas Ray McKinney, Jr. (Linda); his granddaughters, Miranda Phillips (Josh) and Kayla Duckworth; his children, Easton Phillips, Archer Phillips and Xoey Foster; and his sister Annabelle Hostler.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bartlett Funeral Home (202 Mc Graw Ave, Grafton, WV 26354). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
