She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Samuel and Amelia Immaculate Julio (Saggio); her husband Gary W. Perkins; her siblings, Carol Julio and Samuel Julio; and her niece Donna Horton.
She is survived by: her daughters, Annette Priest (Tim) of Beaver, PA and Ashley Symons (Mark) of Fredericksburg, VA; her grandchildren, Natalie, Eli, Grace, Addison, Maxwell and Harper; her brother Paul Julio of Follansbee, WV; her sister-in-law Elizabeth Julio of Follansbee, WV; her nieces and nephews, Autumn Beatty (Brian), Alex Julio, Carli Julio (Zach Greene) and Jackson Julio; and her great-nephews, Blaine, Brentley and Gannon.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral Mass was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Anthony Catholic Church (1017 Jefferson St, Follansbee, WV 26037).
